About the shopkeeper of these Japanese browser games
This alley
tom3games, or Himatsubushi Yokocho in Japanese, is a small alley of Japanese browser games. Himatsubushi means killing time, and a yokocho is one of those narrow lanes of tiny bars and food stalls you find near Japanese train stations.
Every game here is made by one person, Tomo. They are built around everyday moments in Japan that are a little embarrassing or a little absurd: holding in a fart in an elevator, a grandmother who will not stop refilling your plate, a dentist who keeps asking questions while your mouth is open.
All of them run in your browser on a phone or a computer. No download, no account, no cost. A round usually takes a few minutes.
A few rules I keep
- You should understand how to play in three lines.
- No ads on the screen while you are playing.
- Sounds are real recordings.
Run by
Tomo, the shopkeeper of Himatsubushi Yokocho. Bug reports and thoughts are welcome by email at contact@tom3games.com, in English or Japanese.
If you want to buy the shopkeeper a can of coffee, you can do it here.
